Vertical Garden?

In my mindless stumbling through the interweb,  I happened across and amazing website called Flora Grubb Gardens. The site is a lot of flower arrangements and what not, but it had an epic item for sale; a vertical garden.
Though i would never purchase this, for the sole reason that I know i could make it myself, I thought it was a really interesting co-mingling of art and nature, perhaps an Elon friendly eco-art project?

    This is gorgeous! Definitely a major "bringing nature into the gallery" statement. Have you passed this along to Kyle? This is right up her alley for our theses.

    I think this would be a great group project that we could use to setup as a visual and show the greater Elon Campus. It would also be an intresting comparison to the ELon Garden site as well.

    The art building would make a fabulous surface for a vertical garden. south facing, direct sun, lots of surface area!
